Osteopathy that grows with you.
I provide osteopathic care that is holistic and individual — guided by your story, your body, and what you need right now.
Hi, I'm Jil,
An osteopath focused on families, babies, children and women's health at every stage of life.
What matters most to me in my work: in a world that's often fast-paced and hectic, I take time for you. Time to listen, to let the body come to rest, and to really get to the bottom of things.
I support you wherever you are in life: as an expectant mother preparing for birth and motherhood, with your baby or child — preventively or for specific complaints — as a teenager going through a time of change and growth, or quite independently of any of that, or with any other physical concern where your body could use some support.

What I'm here for
Two areas that are closely interwoven, because the health of mother and child belong together. Osteopathy does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment, but can offer supportive care alongside it.
Paediatric Osteopathy
Osteopathic support from infancy through adolescence, gentle and attentive, tailored to the particular needs of each stage of development.
Women's Health
Support through the physical changes of pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period, and many other topics that concern women at different stages of life.
In urgent cases, I come to you.
When a home visit makes sense
In certain situations, it's more relaxing for you and your child if I come to your home.
- Newborns under 2 weeks old
- Postpartum visits
- Severe, medically assessed pain that rules out a practice visit
Home visits can be arranged individually, directly by email, WhatsApp message or phone call. A travel fee applies, based on travel time.
Duration & Prices
The recommended session length varies depending on age and concern.
Babies & Toddlers
For babies, 45 minutes is usually enough. If you have a lot of questions or need advice, a 60-minute session can also be booked.
Adults
For adults, the first appointment always lasts 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions can then be adjusted to 45 minutes as needed.
The cost is 90–110 €. The exact duration is tailored to you and your child individually and discussed beforehand. Many health insurers subsidise osteopathic treatment — details can be found in the FAQ.
Good to Know Before Your Appointment
What to bring to your appointment
Since I'll be examining your body during treatment, I recommend wearing something comfortable — that could be a pair of short sports shorts or underwear. The main thing is that you feel comfortable and can relax.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you're unable to attend, please cancel in good time so the appointment can be given to another patient. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will otherwise be charged.
Languages
Treatments can be conducted in German, English or French.
Health insurance coverage
Please check with your health insurer regarding coverage for osteopathic treatment. More information on coverage can be found in the FAQ.

What is osteopathy?+
Osteopathy is a holistic, manual form of treatment. Using my hands, I feel for tension and restricted movement in the body and work gently to support the body's own self-regulating capacities.
From what age can my baby be treated osteopathically?+
Osteopathic treatment is possible from the very first weeks of life. Often especially useful if the birth was difficult, or if early signs such as a preferred head position appear. For very young babies, I generally recommend a home visit, so the first appointment is as relaxed as possible for you and your child.
Does health insurance cover the costs?+
Many statutory health insurers partially subsidise osteopathic treatment, usually if a doctor's prescription or referral is provided. Private insurers may reimburse anywhere from a partial amount up to the full cost, depending on the tariff. Please check the exact conditions with your insurer in advance.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?+
No, a doctor's referral is not required for treatment itself. For reimbursement, some health insurers additionally require a doctor's prescription or recommendation — it's best to clarify this directly with your insurer.
How many sessions are needed?+
This varies and depends on the concern. For many issues in babies and children, a few sessions are often enough to get a clear sense of how the treatment can help going forward. After the first treatment, I'll discuss with you whether and when a further appointment makes sense.
What happens during a session?+
An appointment always follows the same clear structure: first the case history, then a thorough examination, then treatment.
It starts with a detailed case history: we talk about the current complaints, how they developed, and — depending on the situation — about pregnancy, birth or relevant medical history. This is followed by a thorough examination of the whole body, not just the area where the discomfort is felt.
Osteopathy views the body as a whole: structures and functions are connected through chains, so tension in one place can cause pain somewhere entirely different. Treatment therefore addresses the actual underlying cause, using manual techniques.
I look forward to hearing from you.
